How To Add Template Responses

Build your template response library in seconds to handle any customer scenario

THE MANAGE RESPONSE MESSAGES PERMISSION IS NEEDED TO ADD TEMPLATE RESPONSES

PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT TO REQUEST THE NEEDED PERMISSIONS.

Select System then Messaging:

Select Response Messages:

Select Add New to add a new Template Response:

Enter a name for the New Template Response - this will be the identifier for the response in the Load Message dropdown - and press OK:

Feel free to add a description for the Template response or a note for any future administrator:

These notes are for internal use only and is not visible in the message windows.

Select Settings to set the Template Response content:

Click on the Message Subject text box to enter the Message Subject (for email responses)

Click on the Message Content text box to enter the text editor:

When your message is complete - select Save Changes:

You can set the Template Message order in the Load Message dropdown by setting the List Sort Order:

You can also Restrict the Availability of your template response to a specific campaign, Template Responses are not restricted by default.

Once completed, select Close Window and you're all set! You've completed adding a new Template Response.
